My first computer was terribly slow. It had CPU 434 Mhz ,only 64Mb SDR SDRAM and HDD had the capacity of 2GB. Its GPU was integrated with motherboard. The monitor was 17' of company Dell. I got this computer for free from my dad who was working as IT specialist in a bank. The first system installed on this computer was Windows 95 Smile . The computer was useful to write documents, listen to music and watch films.

Hi Pawel,
You cannot imagine how slow computers can be. ZX Spectrum with RAM 16-46 kB. It was really slow. And the monitor 15'. I totally agree with you that Windows 95 was horrible. Sad Exclamation According to operating systems I remember MS-DOS, too. It was a real horror in comparison with OSs used nowadays.
Lucky you, Pawel, born in a very interesting century. Of course you probably expect something better with your growing demands. But it is OK. Maybe you will invent a new computer for next gnerations. Good luck. Very Happy

I think the 80s - 90s were much more interesting about computers. I think the evolution is almost done: nowadays research is only for increasing processing speed!

How could be in the 80s working with a computer, while nobody understand its potential?
